Relax, you are not the only one. They have told you about pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding ... but not so much about postpartum.

Know that the changes you have undergone in pregnancy and childbirth are reversible, no matter how long it has been since the last pregnancy. So, if it is not your time, if you are not ready or want to enjoy your baby first, it is not essential to start postpartum recovery after the 6th week.

What we do recommend is always a postpartum assessment when you are ready, even if you do not have symptoms to prevent possible medium-long-term dysfunctions.

What is our Postpartum Recovery program?
First, as a protocol, we carry out an individualized assessment and see if it is necessary to carry out some consultation sessions or if it can start directly with the group.

The objectives of the classes are aimed at closing the abdominal diastasis, toning the abdominal girdle, improving posture and resuming physical condition.

Many moms choose our classes before starting their usual sports to be more aware of controlling their abdomen and posture.
